St. Louis MO Weather File is Named Incorrectly

In the Location Library, the St. Louis, MO weather file points to the following file:

C:\Program Files\LBNL\RESFEN5\Weather-US\MOSTTMY2.bin

However, the file is actually named

C:\Program Files\LBNL\RESFEN5\Weather-US\MOSLTMY2.bin

To correct this, rename the file in the Weather-US directory to MOSTTMY2.bin

This is fixed in the RESFEN installation dated 6/25/07.
