Glass Layers Not Imported Properly From Optics User Database (W7.1.32)

Berkeley Lab WINDOW 7 will not import records from an Optics User Database properly — the optical properties will be set to zero.

The work around is to import records from the Optics User Database into a Berkeley Lab WINDOW 6 database (using Berkeley Lab WINDOW 6), and then either import those records into a Berkeley Lab WINDOW 7 database using Berkeley Lab WINDOW 7, or just open the Berkeley Lab WINDOW 6 database in Berkeley Lab WINDOW 7, which will update the database to the Berkeley Lab WINDOW 7 structure (and then it will no longer be able to be opened by Berkeley Lab WINDOW 6).
