Converting EnergyPlus EPW Files to RESFEN Weather Files

It is possible to convert EnergyPlus weather files (EPW files) to the BIN format files used by RESFEN (which is using the DOE2 simulation engine), using the eQ_WthProc utility. Here is the website which explains how to install and run the utility:
