Long THERM Names Crash Berkeley Lab WINDOW

THERM files imported into the Frame or Divider Library with very long names will cause Berkeley Lab WINDOW to crash when they are used in the Window Library. Frames names, including the path where they are located, should be no longer than 256 characters.
