If, after defining the data for a scenario and you try to calculate, the program returns this error message:

"Error in file C:\Users\Public\LBNL\RESFEN6\data\RESFEN6Windows.dat:Failed to find information for Window ID = 101"

You need to do the following:

  • Under Options / Preferences, set the DOE2 option to the 2nd one, and browse to this file
     
    • C:\Users\Public\LBNL\RESFEN6\data\RESFENTemplate6.dat

Custom DOE-2 template file
